The guidebook is the result of a collaborative effort by a distinguished team of experts. It is co-authored by Deepak Singla, the Medical Director of Maharaja Agrasen Hospital; Aarushi Singla; senior advocate Rakesh Malhotra; and advocate Kushal Malhotra. This multidisciplinary approach combines medical expertise with legal acumen to create a comprehensive resource for healthcare professionals.
