In a concerning series of events, Gurgaon witnessed two distinct car accidents that left individuals injured, prompting police to initiate detailed investigations to uncover the causes and sequences of these incidents.
Divider Crash on Dwarka Expressway
On Wednesday night, a man sustained injuries after the car he was driving collided with a divider at the Dhanwapur flyover on the Dwarka Expressway. The accident occurred around 9 PM as the vehicle was traveling from Delhi towards Gurgaon.
According to police reports, the car veered off course near the flyover and struck the divider forcefully. Passers-by quickly intervened, pulling the injured driver from the vehicle and transporting him to a nearby hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment.
An emergency response vehicle team arrived at the scene after receiving information, but by that time, the driver had already been shifted to the medical facility. Police have stated that the identity of the driver remains unestablished, and no formal complaint has been filed thus far.
Authorities are examining CCTV footage from the area to ascertain the exact sequence of events leading to the crash. The damaged car was subsequently removed from the road to restore normal traffic flow.

In a separate incident, a case has been registered following a complaint by a passenger injured in a head-on collision between two cars on NH8 near an HP petrol pump. This accident also took place around 9 PM, but on April 1.
Anu Narwal, a resident of Sonipat, was traveling in a Hyundai Aura driven by his friend Kapil from Elan Mall in Sector 80 towards Manesar. A car coming from a service road, allegedly at high speed, collided head-on with their vehicle, resulting in injuries to Narwal.
He was initially taken to a hospital in Rampura Chowk and later transferred to a hospital in Rohtak for further medical care. Police noted that both drivers had initially declined to pursue legal action on the night of the accident.
After Narwal was traced and his statement recorded, a case was officially registered on April 8 at the Kherki Daula police station. The charges include sections 281 for rash driving, 125(a) for acts endangering life, and 324(4) for mischief under the BNS.
