The deceased have been identified as residents of nearby areas. From Kulappada, the victims are Sreelal, aged 25, and Rajesh and Binoy, both 21 years old. The fourth victim, Abhinav, also 21, was a native of Paruthikkuzhi. According to police reports, Rajesh and Binoy were traveling together on one motorcycle, while Sreelal and Abhinav were riding another.

The collision took place around 11 PM on Sunday. The impact was so severe that two of the youths died instantly at the scene. A third victim succumbed to his injuries while being transported to the hospital. Abhinav, who sustained critical injuries, was admitted to the Medical College Hospital in Thiruvananthapuram but tragically passed away on Monday morning.
