Former Haryana Minister's Son Arrested for Alleged Shooting in Land Dispute

According to police reports, Sandeep had leased approximately 1 acre of land near Gumthala Garhu, adjacent to National Highway 152. The land was leased from Harkirat Singh, who is the brother of the accused, Gaganjot Sandhu.
Sandeep alleged that on March 29, Gaganjot arrived at the site armed with a firearm. Without provocation, he reportedly opened fire, resulting in injuries to Sandeep's leg. The incident prompted swift police intervention, with a team from the Pehowa Sadar police station mobilizing to investigate the matter.
Arrest and Recovery of Evidence
Within hours of the complaint, police successfully apprehended Gaganjot Sandhu. During the arrest, authorities recovered critical evidence from the scene, including:

- An empty cartridge
- A car associated with the accused
