"After the woman collapsed, Rao sat near her body for approximately twenty minutes," revealed an investigating officer. "He then called a neighbor, asking him to come home immediately because he had killed his wife. Initially, the neighbor thought it was a joke, but when Rao repeatedly insisted, the neighbor rushed to their apartment."
