According to reports, Yusuf Khan inadvertently drove through a puddle, splashing water on Shoaib Pathan. Despite stopping to apologize, Shoaib Pathan allegedly reacted with rage, assaulting Yusuf Khan and damaging his car's windshield. Yusuf Khan then returned home and informed his family, who insisted on filing a formal police complaint.
Later, as Yusuf Khan and his family were exiting their building, they were confronted again by Shoaib Pathan, accompanied by Khaliq Khan and Umarshad. The confrontation escalated into a violent assault, with the accused allegedly using bamboo sticks to attack Yusuf Khan and his brother, Salman. This second altercation resulted in serious injuries and prompted the police to intervene.
