Nuh Violence Accused Bittu Bajrangi Files Police Complaint Over Rs 33,000 Marriage Fraud

In a startling development, Rajkumar alias Bittu Bajrangi, a resident of Sanjay Enclave in Faridabad and an accused in the Nuh violence case, has approached authorities with allegations of being cheated out of Rs 33,000 in what he describes as a fraudulent marriage scheme orchestrated by three individuals.

Police Register Case at Saran Police Station

Faridabad Police have officially registered a case against three unnamed individuals based on Bajrangi's detailed complaint filed at the Saran police station. A senior police officer from the station confirmed the registration of the case and revealed that investigative teams have launched an extensive search operation to locate the accused persons.

The officer stated, "Bittu Bajrangi came forward with the complaint, and we have registered a case based on it. Our teams are actively pursuing all leads to trace the individuals involved in this alleged cheating incident."

How the Alleged Fraud Unfolded

According to the police complaint, Bajrangi came into contact with a man named Bunty through a neighbor's acquaintance. Due to pressing family circumstances, Bajrangi expressed his keen interest in getting married and requested Bunty's assistance in finding a suitable match.

Bunty subsequently introduced him to a woman named Rani, who communicated with Bajrangi over the phone and extended three separate invitations for him to visit Aligarh. During these interactions, Rani arranged what appeared to be a legitimate marriage proposal with a prospective bride.

The Financial Transactions and Disappearance

Bajrangi alleges that the accused first extracted approximately Rs 3,000 from him under the pretext of travel expenses. The situation escalated on September 5, 2025, when the purported bride and her family members visited Bajrangi's residence in Sanjay Enclave, where detailed discussions took place, culminating in the fixing of September 7 as the official wedding date.

In the days leading up to the ceremony, Bunty and another individual identified as Pradeep allegedly collected around Rs 30,000 from Bajrangi for various wedding-related arrangements and expenses.

The complainant stated, "I reached the designated temple in Aligarh on the scheduled date with all necessary preparations in place, but neither the girl nor any of the accused individuals turned up for the wedding ceremony."

Police Investigation Underway

Following his return from Aligarh, Bajrangi immediately approached the police and lodged a formal complaint. After conducting preliminary inquiries, the Saran police station registered the case on Wednesday night under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code pertaining to cheating and fraud.

Police authorities have confirmed that multiple raids are being conducted at possible locations where the accused might be hiding. The investigation remains active, with officers pursuing all available leads to apprehend the individuals responsible for the alleged financial deception.

The case has drawn significant attention due to Bajrangi's previous involvement in the Nuh violence incidents, adding an additional layer of complexity to the ongoing police investigation into this marriage fraud allegation.
