Bhilwara Man Murdered in Suspected Illicit Relationship Case

In a shocking incident that has rattled the residents of Bhilwara, a 45-year-old man was brutally murdered by being intentionally run over by a vehicle in Indira Vihar Colony on Saturday. The victim, identified as Mahendra Singh, a resident of Tilak Nagar, was discovered in bushes near the roadside under circumstances that immediately raised suspicions of foul play.

Police Investigation and Evidence Collection

Acting swiftly on information about a blood-stained body, police teams from Sadar police station rushed to the crime scene along with forensic experts to gather crucial evidence. Kailash Kumar Bishnoi, the in-charge of Sadar police station, confirmed that a scooter was found near the victim's body, and injury marks on Singh's head indicated a violent confrontation before his death.

The police have taken five individuals into custody, including one woman, in connection with the murder. Initial investigations point toward a complex web of motives, with illicit relationship and financial disputes emerging as the primary angles being explored by the investigating team.

Family's Suspicion and Legal Proceedings

The case gained legal momentum when Surendra Singh, the 22-year-old son of the deceased, filed a formal report expressing strong suspicions about the circumstances surrounding his father's death. Following his complaint, a murder case was officially registered, launching a comprehensive investigation into the incident.

The body was transported to Mahatma Gandhi Hospital for a detailed post-mortem examination to determine the exact cause of death. After the necessary medical procedures were completed, the remains were handed over to Singh's grieving family for last rites.

Police authorities have indicated that the motive behind this brutal murder will become clearer after thorough interrogation of the detained suspects. While preliminary findings suggest that Mahendra Singh was deliberately run over by a vehicle, investigators emphasize that further examination is required to confirm all aspects of this tragic case.
