The accused has been identified as Sayed Arbaz Khan. He resides in KG Halli and works as an assistant at a fish shop located in RT Nagar. Police records reveal a troubling past. Khan has previously been arrested in four separate cases. These include charges related to preparation for dacoity and a housebreak.
