Details of the Kathwada Electrocution Incident

The unfortunate event took place around 1:45 pm on Saturday in the Kathwada area, near the Khodaldham Housing Society. According to officials from the Nikol police station, the victims were at their roadside kite stall when a car collided with one of the stall's poles, causing significant damage.

The deceased has been identified as Aditya Parmar (16), a resident of the Gujarat Housing Board quarters located on Kathwada-Singarva Road. He was at the stall with his two friends, Vijay Jatav (17) and Krishna Soni (17), who also live in the same GHB quarters. Contact with Live Wire Proves Fatal

During the process of straightening the stall, the boys inadvertently came into contact with a live electricity source. The powerful electric shock instantly electrocuted them. Bystanders and local residents rushed to their aid following the accident.

All three teenagers were quickly taken to Singarva Hospital for emergency medical treatment. Despite efforts by doctors, Aditya Parmar was declared dead at 2:05 pm, shortly after arrival. His friends, Vijay Jatav and Krishna Soni, sustained serious injuries from the shock. Given the severity of their condition, they were referred to the larger Civil Hospital for advanced care.
