Modern Train Services Expansion

Bihar is currently witnessing a major push toward modern train services, with the state boasting the highest number of Vande Bharat Express operations in the country. Presently, 14 pairs of Vande Bharat trains are running across Bihar, providing premium connectivity and enhanced travel experiences.

Beyond Vande Bharat services, Bihar also operates 21 pairs of trains under the Amrit Bharat Express initiative and one pair of Namo Bharat trains, further expanding the state's modern rail network and improving inter-city connectivity.
