CESC MD Launches Gruha Jyothi Data Drive in Mysuru

The Managing Director of Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) launched the Gruha Jyothi beneficiary data collection drive in Mysuru on Wednesday. The initiative aims to verify and collect data from beneficiaries of the Gruha Jyothi scheme, which provides free electricity to eligible households in Karnataka.

On-Site Verification Process

The data collection process is being conducted on-site using a mobile application and a declaration form. Beneficiaries are required to provide necessary details and sign the declaration form to confirm their eligibility. The mobile app enables real-time data entry and validation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

CESC officials stated that the drive will cover all eligible households in the Mysuru region. The collected data will be used to update the beneficiary database and streamline the disbursal of benefits under the Gruha Jyothi scheme.
