Attendees will include police commissioners, the state's Inspector General (IG) and Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of police, all District Election Officers (DEOs) who also serve as district magistrates, as well as superintendents of police (SPs) and senior superintendents of police (SSPs).

In the afternoon, a separate virtual meeting will be convened with the state police's nodal officer, the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Bengal, and the nodal officer for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF).
