Expanding his criticism beyond electoral matters, Rahul Gandhi alleged that PM Modi and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar were primarily working for industrialists Ambani and Adani. He claimed that these policies were effectively "stealing the youth's future" by prioritizing corporate interests over public welfare.
The opposition leader identified unemployment as the single biggest challenge facing Bihar. He emphasized that the people of Bihar want jobs and dignity, not to remain as laborers forever. Gandhi's speech focused heavily on economic issues and employment generation, striking a chord with the young audience.
The timing of Gandhi's rally is significant as it comes just 48 hours before the second phase of voting in Bihar. Political analysts see this as a strategic move to influence undecided voters, particularly the youth demographic that forms a substantial portion of Bihar's electorate.
