According to Janaki, the publication follows the strict schedule set by the Election Commission of India. The journey began with the release of the draft electoral roll on November 25, 2025. The public was then given a window from November 25 to December 10 to file claims and raise objections regarding the draft list.
Authorities meticulously scrutinized all applications received during this period. After this verification, the final and conclusive roll has now been made available to the public.

The final electoral roll is accessible through multiple channels for the convenience of voters. Physical copies can be inspected at the following offices:
- The office of the Electoral Registration Officer (the Regional Commissioner, Belagavi division).
- The offices of the Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (the Deputy Commissioners of Dharwad, Gadag, Haveri, and Uttara Kannada districts).
- Offices of all designated officers under the jurisdiction of the above.
For digital access, the roll is also available on the official website of the Chief Electoral Officer based in Bengaluru.
Key Statistics and Further Registration
The published roll reveals important demographic details. A total of 88,087 voters are enrolled in the West Graduates' constituency. This figure comprises 51,599 male voters and 36,488 female voters.
Janaki also addressed eligible graduates who may have been left out. She clarified that those whose names are missing from the final roll can still apply for inclusion. Applications will be accepted up to 10 days before the last date for filing nominations for the actual election.
