Eager spectators began securing their viewing spots from as early as 7 am, nearly two hours before the scheduled commencement of the event. The rehearsal was reviewed by Lt Gen HS Vandra, Chief of Staff of the Sapta Shakti Command. The parade beautifully narrated the Indian Army's enduring journey, highlighting its bravery, sacrifice, and remarkable transformation over the decades.
The overwhelming public sentiment was one of immense pride. "It almost felt like all of Jaipur was there to witness the rehearsal on Sunday, and why not? It is such a proud moment for all of us," expressed a 60-year-old resident from Malviya Nagar, capturing the mood of the day.
