IndiGo Adjusts Mysuru-Hyderabad Flight Schedule for Summer Operations
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) at Mysuru Airport has officially announced a revision in the flight schedule for the Mysuru-Hyderabad sector, operated by IndiGo. This update, which takes effect from Sunday as part of the Summer Schedule, is designed to streamline operations and enhance passenger connectivity, according to airport authorities.
Revised Flight Timings for Enhanced Efficiency
Under the new schedule, the IndiGo flight from Hyderabad will now arrive at Mysuru Airport at 3:55 PM, with departure back to Hyderabad scheduled for 4:15 PM. Previously, the flight was arriving at 1:00 PM and departing at 1:20 PM. This shift in timings aims to better align with passenger demand and operational requirements during the summer season.
Updated Air Traffic Services Watch Hours
To ensure seamless operations and maintain the highest safety standards in line with the new flight schedule, the AAI has also revised the air traffic services (ATS) watch hours at Mysuru Airport. The revised watch hours are as follows:
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
- Sunday: 3:00 PM to 7:45 PM
These adjustments are part of a strategic alignment to guarantee that all necessary technical and safety services are fully operational during periods of peak flight activity.
Passenger Advisory and Operational Impact
Airport authorities have advised passengers to verify their flight status with the airline before traveling to avoid any inconvenience. The changes reflect a proactive approach to optimizing airport operations and improving the overall travel experience for commuters on this key route.
The revision underscores the ongoing efforts by the AAI and IndiGo to adapt to seasonal variations and enhance connectivity between Mysuru and Hyderabad, supporting regional travel and economic activity.
