In this episode of 'Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi', Tulsi is worried, thinking the house is breaking apart and she cannot control Shantiniketan. Savita tells Tulsi she is capable of managing everything and credits her for uniting the family. Tulsi tells Savita that Gautam and Karan are fighting and that Nandini and Damini have toxic arguments. Tulsi is concerned for her children because everyone doubts her decisions. Savita believes Tulsi is capable of making the right choices and reminds her that she was the lady who stood against her own son to give justice to Nandini. Savita tells Tulsi she is not wrong and asks her not to doubt herself. Tulsi wishes Savita were here because Savita would not let Vaishnavi get humiliated. Savita tells Tulsi to support the truth as always.
Rio comes to Vaishnavi to console her. Vaishnavi tells him she has destroyed everything. She says she must talk to Parth in private. Rio tells her she should stay away from him and asks her to consider if this would happen after marriage. He says no one has the right to humiliate her. Rio tells Vaishnavi he is proud of his grandmother for supporting her and says Parth is guilty of accusing her. Rio tells her that love, along with trust and understanding, is more important in relationships. He asks Vaishnavi to think properly and stop crying. Tulsi sees Rio's gesture and watches him carefully.
Tulsi asks everyone to come for breakfast. Maharaj informs Tulsi that Nandini doesn't want to eat with them. Tulsi tells Maharaj to bring Nandini to the breakfast table. Nakul shows the news of Vaishnavi and Parth's break up. Suddenly, Tulsi gets a call from the factory and learns about gossip spreading about Vaishnavi there. Vaishnavi feels hurt and locks herself in the cabin. Tulsi warns everyone not to believe rumours and goes to bring Vaishnavi out of the cabin. Rio informs Niyati that his grandmother is at the factory. Niyati appreciates Rio's idea. Niyati tells Rio that the Virani family is broken and they want to know who published the advertisement. Rio tells Niyati to get ready for his next plan. When Rio hears Tulsi is at the factory, Niyati asks if he likes Vaishnavi. Rio tells Niyati he doesn't want people to think they are taking advantage of Vaishnavi, and he respects her. He says he wants Vaishnavi to stay happy and wants to do something for her. Rio makes his next move carefully.
Tulsi makes duplicate keys and finally opens the gate. She finds Vaishnavi crying under the table; Tulsi consoles her and shares her tears. Vaishnavi tells Tulsi about the gossip hurting her and how the news has spread. She says she has no respect now. Vaishnavi asks Tulsi who will marry her when her dream was to get married to someone who loves and trusts her. She says her dream is broken. Tulsi agrees with her. Tulsi tells Vaishnavi to stay strong and focus on her goal. She explains that what is published in the newspaper is just a rumour. Tulsi tells her she will have to live her life and believes she will meet someone who will love and respect her. Tulsi tells Vaishnavi she is proud of her for breaking off her engagement with Parth for her self-respect and for not compromising in her life. Tulsi assures her that God is with her because she is kind-hearted, and she will find a perfect life partner.
