A few hours ago, popular sports and entertainment attorney Michael McCann opened up on whether an NDA is possible in this situation on WEEI's Rich and Ken with Ted Johnson.
Popular attorney Michael McCann said, That would be a non-disclosure agreement. It would be enforceable She is an adult. If she signs some sort of agreement saying I will not disclose other materials about whatever they did, that is a contract. It is basically a contract at that point.
Attorney Michael McCann added, It would essentially be paying somebody not to talk and that is not uncommon in law; those agreements do exist.
But in case of Mike Vrabel and Dianna Russini, it seems unlikely, considering how many of their old moments have resurfaced.
Popular attorney Michael McCann continued, Some of these disclosures are not from them. How about that photo from six years ago in a bar? Where is that from? You cannot buy silence of the world.
He added, There are other people that have stuff that would not be governed by that agreement.
However, neither Mike Vrabel nor Dianna Russini has responded to the rumors about a potential NDA yet as they continue to remain distant in public.
