Urvashi Dholakia Mourns Pet Dog Jaeger's Passing

Urvashi Dholakia is mourning the loss of her beloved pet dog Jaeger. The actress shared a series of emotional throwback photos along with a heartfelt note on her Instagram account to announce Jaeger's demise. On Sunday, April 26, Urvashi broke the sad news to her followers.

Along with the announcement, she posted several throwback pictures capturing some of the sweetest moments she shared with Jaeger. In her emotional note, she wrote, 'My heart aches now that you are resting with the angels and the silence you’ve left behind feels heavier than words can carry. You were our comfort, joy, and a constant presence that made even the simplest days feel full. But even in this unbearable pain, I hold on to the love you gave so effortlessly, knowing it will stay with me long after you’re gone. Till we meet again my baby boy. Love you always & forever. JAEGER DHOLAKIA.'

Upon learning about the demise of Urvashi's pet, several fans and celebrities extended their condolences on social media. Actress Amandeep Sidhu commented, 'I’m so sorry for your loss. Sending love during this difficult time. Stay strong, ma’am.' Shiny Doshi, who appeared with Urvashi in 'The 50', wrote, 'Rest easy, little one. Sending you lots of love UD.'

A fan commented, 'I will miss you forever Jaeger. My love at first sight, I did skip a heartbeat when I met you and then you were my darling. Rest well handsome birthday boy.' Another user wrote, 'Sad to see this, as I have met this adorable Jaeger. Om Shanti. Stay strong, as I know how painful it is.'

One fan expressed, 'Rest in peace. It’s very painful; only furry kid parents can understand and relate.' Another added, 'I’m so sorry for your loss. May he get all the best treats up in heaven.'

In a recent interview with Hauterrfly, Urvashi spoke about her decision to send her children to boarding school. She revealed it was her mother's decision, not hers. 'It was difficult. I had to send them to boarding school. It was my mother’s decision, not mine, by the way. She told me that instead of keeping them with me and giving them an undisciplined life, put them in a hostel to give them a disciplined life,' the actress said.

She shared that her mother also told her, 'You will never be able to give them time, and they will get indisciplined. How long can the grandparents do it? Because they are also ageing.' So, I had to agree with that. I used to feel so bad that we were getting separated. I used to cry every day of my life. The kids were not home. But then I realised I myself was not at home.'

On the work front, Urvashi is best known for her roles in 'Kasautii Zindagi Kay', 'Naagin', and many others. She recently appeared on the reality show 'The 50'.
