Sophie Shine, an Irish national born in 1990, is a professional with a significant role in Dhawan's ventures. She currently serves as the head of the Shikhar Dhawan Foundation, the philanthropic arm of his conglomerate, Da One Sports. Her responsibilities expanded in July 2025 when she assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the entire conglomerate.
Her professional background is impressive. Before joining Dhawan's team, she worked as a product consultant for a multinational firm. Academically, she holds a degree in Marketing and Management from the Limerick Institute of Technology and is an alumna of Castleroy College in Ireland. Until March 2025, she held the post of second vice president at the Northern Trust Corporation in Abu Dhabi.
