Paul Anthony Kelly is set to make his feature film debut with a major role in the upcoming sequel 'The Housemaid's Secret'. The actor, who impressed audiences with his portrayal of John F. Kennedy Jr. in FX's 'Love Story', will join returning star Sydney Sweeney and franchise newcomer Kirsten Dunst.

According to Deadline, Kelly will play a leading role in the sequel to the box-office hit 'The Housemaid'. The film's official page announced the news with a video of Kelly and a tweet that read: 'Welcome home, Douglas. Paul Anthony Kelly joins the cast of The Housemaid's Secret: coming to theatres December 17, 2027.'

Paul Anthony Kelly's Role in the Sequel

In the film, Kelly will portray Douglas Garrick, a wealthy billionaire married to Dunst's character, Wendy. The couple become the new employers of Millie, played by Sweeney. Also returning is Michele Morrone, who reprises his role as Enzo, Millie's ally and romantic interest.

About 'The Housemaid's Secret'

According to the synopsis, the film follows Millie as she takes on another housekeeping job for a woman she is never allowed to see, only to uncover the truth behind a locked door that threatens to expose secrets far darker than her own. Director Paul Feig returns to helm the project, based on the second novel in Freida McFadden's bestselling thriller trilogy.

Lionsgate announced the sequel after the box office success of 'The Housemaid', which earned over USD 400 million worldwide following its release last December. The original film also starred Amanda Seyfried and Brandon Sklenar.
