The Nashik Police announced on Thursday that Nida Khan, an accused in the Nashik TCS case, has been taken into custody from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in Maharashtra. Khan is wanted in connection with allegations of sexual harassment and forcible religious conversion at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
Arrest Details
According to Nashik Police, Khan was apprehended by police teams in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar as part of the ongoing investigation. The court had previously rejected her anticipatory bail plea. The First Information Report (FIR) alleges that Khan advised women employees to “dress and behave in accordance with Islamic traditions.” She had sought pre-arrest bail citing her pregnancy.

“Nida Khan, one of the accused in the Nashik TCS case, has been taken into custody from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. Further legal action is underway,” Nashik police said in a statement, as reported by news agency ANI.
