Her last purchase occurred in 2014, when she acquired a second condo in West Hollywood. In the Sierra Towers high-rise building, the actress had another condo space for almost a decade. She purchased the second space in 2014, which was situated one floor above her older condo space.
According to reports, she paid around USD 2.5 million for her second 25th-floor Sierra Towers unit, which was located right next to her first property in the area. The unit spans 1,315 square feet, featuring one bedroom, a large living room area, and one large bathroom. She sold the first unit in 2022 for USD 4.5 million. This second unit, purchased in 2014, was sold off in 2020 for USD 2.9 million.
