Dhurandhar Box Office Day 13: Film Nears ₹450 Cr, Beats Baahubali & KGF 2
Dhurandhar nears ₹450 Cr, surpasses Baahubali & KGF 2

The Aditya Dhar-directed spy thriller Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna, continues its historic run at the domestic box office, albeit with a slight dip in collections on its thirteenth day. The film is now on the cusp of crossing the monumental ₹450 crore net mark in India, having already overtaken the lifetime collections of blockbuster giants like Baahubali: The Beginning and KGF: Chapter 2.

Day 13 Collections and Steady Hold

According to data from industry tracker Sacnilk, Dhurandhar earned ₹25.50 crore net on its second Wednesday (Day 13) across India. This marks a dip of approximately 16.39% from its Day 12 collection of ₹30.5 crore net. Despite the decline, which is typical ahead of a major film release like Avatar: Fire and Ash, the film's total domestic net collection now stands at an impressive ₹437.25 crore.

The film maintained steady audience interest throughout the day. The overall occupancy rate for Day 13 was 35.28%. It opened with a modest 19.48% occupancy in morning shows, which improved to 34.72% in the afternoon. Footfalls grew stronger in the evening, recording 41.77% occupancy, and peaked during night shows at 45.14%.

Dhurandhar Surpasses Major Box Office Milestones

In a significant achievement, Dhurandhar has now surpassed the all-India net collections of two of Indian cinema's biggest hits. The film has overtaken S.S. Rajamouli's Baahubali: The Beginning, which collected ₹421 crore net in its lifetime run. It has also edged past the ₹435.33 crore net collection of Yash's KGF: Chapter 2.

This cements Dhurandhar's position as one of the highest-grossing films of 2025 and a true box office phenomenon. The film's screen presence remains dominant, with the Delhi NCR region leading with 1,501 shows on Day 13, followed by Mumbai with 1,135 shows. Other major contributors included Ahmedabad (582 shows), Pune (557 shows), Bengaluru (458 shows), Hyderabad (377 shows), Surat (397 shows), and Kolkata (341 shows).

Box Office Journey and Future Prospects

The film's box office journey has been marked by strong word-of-mouth and remarkable stability. It opened with a solid ₹28 crore on Day 1 and saw healthy growth over its first weekend, culminating in a ₹43 crore haul on the first Sunday. After an expected dip on the first Monday, it stabilized through the weekdays, closing its first week at ₹207.25 crore net.

The second weekend provided a massive boost, with Day 9 jumping to ₹53 crore and Day 10 soaring to ₹58 crore. While collections softened again at the start of the third week, the film's grip on the market remains firm as it heads into its third weekend, poised to cross the ₹450 crore net mark in India imminently.

On the global front, Dhurandhar's worldwide gross collection stood at ₹634 crore as of Day 12, which included ₹140 crore from overseas markets. The India gross was ₹494 crore on the same day. Following this monumental success, the makers have already announced the sequel, Dhurandhar 2, slated for release in 2026.
