Dhurandhar Day 13 Box Office: Eyes Gadar 2 Record, Nears Rs 700 Crore
Dhurandhar Box Office Day 13: Earns Rs 25.5 Cr, Eyes Gadar 2

The Aditya Dhar-directed action spectacle Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh, continues its monumental run at the box office, setting its sights on historic milestones. On its thirteenth day in theatres, the film has shown remarkable staying power, adding another hefty sum to its already impressive tally and overtaking a major cinematic giant in the domestic rankings.

Day 13 Collections and Domestic Dominance

According to early estimates reported by industry tracker Sacnilk, Dhurandhar garnered approximately Rs 25.5 crore in net collections on its second Tuesday. This strong performance has propelled its total India net collection to a staggering Rs 437 crore. With this figure, the film has achieved a significant feat by surpassing the domestic net collection of SS Rajamouli's epic Baahubali: The Beginning, which had earned Rs 421 crore in 2015.

The film's occupancy rates for the day averaged a healthy 35.28%. While this marked a slight dip from the previous day, the evening and night shows demonstrated robust demand with occupancies of 41.77% and 45.14%, respectively, carrying the day's performance.

Setting Sights on Gadar 2 and the Rs 700 Crore Dream

Having crossed Baahubali, the next target for Dhurandhar is clearly in view. The film is now within striking distance of Sunny Deol's 2023 blockbuster Gadar 2, which holds a domestic net collection record of Rs 525 crore. Given that the film is still running actively in cinemas, industry analysts believe it is well-positioned to dethrone Gadar 2 in the coming days.

The ambitions extend beyond Indian shores. The worldwide collection for Dhurandhar has now reached an estimated Rs 664 crore. The production team is hopeful for continued support from the international audience as the film inches closer to the coveted Rs 700 crore global mark. Achieving this would mean overtaking Gadar 2's worldwide total of Rs 686 crore, cementing Dhurandhar's place as one of the highest-grossing Hindi films ever.

Upcoming Challenges and Final Verdict

The path ahead, however, is not without obstacles. Dhurandhar is set to face significant screen competition starting this weekend with the massive Indian release of James Cameron's Avatar: Fire and Ash. This clash will test the film's longevity and its ability to hold audience interest amidst fresh, high-profile content.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar features an ensemble cast including Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, Sanjay Dutt, and R Madhavan. The film's blend of high-octane action and patriotic fervor has clearly resonated with audiences, making it the second-highest Hindi grosser of 2025 so far. Its journey from a successful opening to now challenging all-time records is being closely watched, marking one of the most notable box office stories of the year.
