Mumbai Influencer Takes Legal Action Over Actress's Cricket Comments

Social media personality Faizan Ansari has initiated a major legal battle against actress Khushi Mukherjee. He filed a Rs 100 crore defamation case on January 13 following Mukherjee's remarks about Indian T20I captain Suryakumar Yadav. The Mumbai-based influencer traveled specifically to Ghazipur to file his complaint at the local police station.

Defamation Allegations and Police Complaint

Ansari claims Mukherjee made false statements about the cricketer during a recent interview. In that conversation, the actress stated that Suryakumar Yadav "used to message me a lot." The influencer argues these comments could seriously damage the reputation of a national-level athlete.

"We want an FIR registered immediately against Khushi Mukherjee," Ansari told reporters. "I have mentioned this clearly in my written complaint and requested strict action. Serious charges should definitely apply here."

The social media figure emphasized his determination to pursue justice. "More than two million people follow me on Instagram, and crores watch my videos. I feel responsible to take this issue everywhere. I am not afraid of anyone. I only want justice," he declared.

Substantial Financial Claim and Legal Strategy

Ansari explained his decision to file the massive Rs 100 crore lawsuit. "That's why I'm pursuing this defamation case worth Rs 100 crore in this matter," he stated. "Everything has been clearly documented. Our legal team remains very strong."

The influencer mentioned his previous legal action against another celebrity. "We earlier filed a Rs 100 crore defamation case against Poonam Pandey too," he noted.

Ansari challenged Mukherjee to prove her allegations. "If she can actually prove her claims, I will publicly accept my mistake," he said. "But until then, every city and every citizen should support Suryakumar Yadav. This looks like a conspiracy to damage his reputation, and we won't allow that to happen."

Actress's Original Comments and Subsequent Clarification

The controversy began when Mukherjee made remarks at a recent event. Asked about dating cricketers, she responded, "I don't want to date any cricketer. Many cricketers are after me. Suryakumar used to message me a lot. We don't talk much now. I don't even want my name linked with him."

These comments quickly spread across social media platforms, generating significant online discussion and criticism.

As backlash grew, Mukherjee provided clarification in an interview with NDTV. She insisted she never had a romantic relationship with the cricket star and claimed her remarks were taken out of context. The actress said her words were exaggerated, leading to widespread misunderstanding.

Mukherjee also reported that her Instagram account had been hacked during this period. She explained she had only spoken to Suryakumar Yadav as a friend in the past and they are no longer in contact. The actress added she hasn't communicated with him even after the controversy emerged.

Continued Legal Pursuit and Public Stance

Faizan Ansari remains committed to his legal action. "I demand that an FIR be lodged immediately against Khushi Mukherjee, regardless of any difficulties," he asserted. "Until I receive proper justice, I will stay right here in Ghazipur city."

The influencer called for at least seven years of jail time for the actress over the alleged defamatory statements. He described Mukherjee's claims as a deliberate publicity stunt that could harm a prominent cricketer's standing.

Meanwhile, Khushi Mukherjee extended her best wishes to Team India and captain Suryakumar Yadav for the upcoming World Cup. She maintained their earlier conversations occurred in a friendly context following a match defeat.
