Kochi Schools Celebrate Outstanding CBSE Class X Board Exam Results

Schools across Kochi erupted in celebration on Wednesday as students rejoiced with sweets and cheers following the announcement of the Class X board examination results. Educational institutions in the city, which fall under the Thiruvananthapuram region, reported an overwhelming success rate, with most achieving a perfect 100% pass rate.

Notable Achievements by Individual Schools

Several schools in Kochi showcased exceptional academic performances. Global Public School (GPS) in Thiruvaniyoor recorded a 100% pass rate among its 98 students who appeared for the examinations. Impressively, 59 students secured 90% and above, while 92 students achieved distinction.

Chinmaya Vidyalaya in Vaduthala also reported a 100% pass rate, with 151 students appearing for the exam. Among them, 145 students secured distinction, and six obtained first class.

Rajagiri Public School in Kalamassery achieved a 100% pass rate, with 193 students appearing for the examinations. Notably, 89 students secured 91% and above in all subjects.

At Toc H School in Vyttila, all 200 students who appeared for the examinations passed. Of these, 33.5% scored above 95%, while 55.5% secured 90% and above.

Further Academic Excellence Across the City

Naipunya Public School in Thrikkakkara reported a 100% pass rate. Eight students scored above 99%, while 164 students secured more than 90%. A total of 83 students achieved full marks in various subjects.

Vidyodaya School recorded a 100% pass rate, with 139 students securing distinction and 13 obtaining first class. Sanskara School also reported a 100% pass result, with 82% of students securing distinction and 37% scoring 90% and above.

Strong Performance by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Schools

All seven schools under Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Kochi Kendra, posted strong results. Of the 1,071 students who appeared for the examinations across these seven schools, 995 secured distinction.

Speaking about his achievement, Rishabh Vinod, a student from Bhavan's Vidya Mandir Elamakkara who joined the list of national toppers, shared his experience. "I wouldn't say I expected 100%, but I was satisfied with the way I took the examinations. All my teachers were supportive, which helped me achieve the result," said Vinod.

The collective success of these schools highlights the dedication of students and educators in Kochi, setting a high benchmark for academic excellence in the region.
