UBSE Announces Scrutiny Results for Class 10 and 12

The Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) has officially released the scrutiny results for the UK Board 10th and 12th examinations held in 2026. Students who applied for re-evaluation can now access their revised scorecards on the official website ubse.uk.gov.in.

According to board officials, the scrutiny process involved re-checking answer sheets for errors in totaling, omitted questions, and other discrepancies. A total of 12,345 applications were received, out of which 2,456 candidates saw a change in their marks.

How to Download the Scrutiny Scorecard

To download the scrutiny results, candidates must follow these steps: Visit the official UBSE website ubse.uk.gov.in, click on the 'Results' tab, select 'Scrutiny Result 2026', enter their roll number and date of birth, and submit. The revised scorecard will be displayed and available for download as a PDF.

Students are advised to keep a printout of the scorecard for future reference. The board has also released a list of candidates whose marks have been revised, which can be viewed on the website.

Details of the Scrutiny Process

The scrutiny process was conducted by a panel of experienced examiners. Each answer sheet was re-evaluated to ensure accuracy. The board charged a fee of Rs. 500 per subject for scrutiny. The entire process took approximately 45 days from the application deadline.

"We have ensured a transparent and thorough re-checking process. Students can trust the revised scores," said a UBSE spokesperson.

Impact on Students

The revised marks may affect college admissions and further studies. Students who have improved their scores are eligible to apply for re-issue of mark sheets. The board will issue updated mark sheets within 15 days of the result announcement.
