- Candidates qualifying under multiple post categories must upload documents separately for each category.

The commission has highlighted several crucial points that candidates must carefully note:
- Post Code ER15825 (10+2 Level) contains vacancies exclusively reserved for female candidates.
- Results of certain candidates have been temporarily withheld due to eligibility concerns or verification requirements, though these candidates are provisionally permitted to upload documents.
- A separate list of debarred candidates has been published by the commission, whose results have not been processed in this cycle.
- Individual marks will not be disclosed at this stage of the recruitment process.

Following the document scrutiny phase, candidates found eligible may be called for Skill Tests where applicable, followed by Document Verification (DV) conducted by respective Regional Offices or User Departments.
