Candidates who have successfully applied for the NEET UG re-exam can download their admit cards from the official NTA website, nta.ac.in, starting from June 10, 2026. The admit card will be available until the day of the examination. It is mandatory for all candidates to carry a printed copy of the admit card to the exam centre, along with a valid photo ID proof.

- Visit the official NTA website at nta.ac.in.
- Click on the link for 'NEET UG 2026 Re-exam Admit Card'.
- Enter your application number and date of birth.
- Click on 'Submit' and download the admit card.
- Take a printout of the admit card for future reference.
Exam Day Guidelines
The re-examination will follow the same pattern as the original NEET UG exam. Candidates must report to the exam centre at least one hour before the scheduled time. The exam will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode, and candidates are advised to carry their own stationery as per the guidelines. No electronic devices are allowed inside the exam hall.

- The re-exam is only for those candidates who had applied for it. Others need not appear.
- Candidates who appeared for the original exam but did not apply for a retest will have their original scores considered.
