The Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) has officially announced that the Class 12 Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) examination results will be released on April 29, 2026. The notification was issued on Friday, confirming the date for students across arts, science, and commerce streams.
Results Schedule and Official Notification
According to the board, students can access their scorecards through multiple channels. They may visit the MBSE office in Chaltlang or the regional center in Lunglei to obtain their results. Additionally, online platforms such as mbse.edu.in and mbseonline.com will be available for result checking. The board has arranged for printed scorecards alongside digital services to facilitate those who prefer physical copies.
MBSE HSSLC Result Online Checking Process
To check results online, students must enter their roll number and registration number on the official portal. Upon login, the digital scorecard will display subject-wise scores, total marks, and pass/fail status. The board advises all candidates to print and retain their result copy until they receive the original hard copy from their school authorities. Students should keep their credentials ready to avoid delays during high traffic on result day.
Criteria for Passing and Compartment Exams
To pass the MBSE Class 12 examination, candidates must secure at least 33% marks in each subject and overall. Those who fail in one or two subjects will be eligible to appear for the MBSE HSSLC compartment examination.
HSLC Result Update
Earlier, the MBSE released the Class 10 HSLC results for 2026 on April 23. The Class 10 examinations were conducted from February 19 to March 16.
