Digital Detox Helps Bokaro Topper Score 99.4%

Bokaro: Priya Palbabu, who became the joint state topper in CBSE Class 12 Commerce, resorted to digital detox to focus on her studies. A student of DPS Bokaro, her move eventually paid off as she secured 99.4% in the examination, whose results were announced on Wednesday.

“I uninstalled every social media app from my phone to stay focused on my preparations. This made me disciplined and helped me study nearly four hours every day with complete focus,” she said.

Priya said staying away from social media was the best decision she made in the run-up to the exams. In Class 10, she scored 96.8% but bettered her percentage this time. A national-level karate player, Priya said she aspires to become a Chartered Accountant.
