The scale of the exam was immense, generating over 67.56 lakh test instances as candidates chose an average of 4.31 subjects each. In terms of regional participation, Uttar Pradesh recorded the highest number of registrations with 3.70 lakh applicants, followed by Delhi (1.39 lakh), Bihar (1.34 lakh), Madhya Pradesh (93,000), and Rajasthan (89,000).

Prestigious institutions like the University of Delhi (DU), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), and Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) continue to be the top universities where most students seek admission.
In past admission cycles, high-scoring aspirants heavily targeted premium flagship courses. Commerce students overwhelmingly prioritised B.Com (Hons) and BBA/BMS programmes.
