CREDAI Vizag Hosts 11th Property Expo Dec 19-21: 71 Stalls, On-Spot Approvals
Vizag Property Expo from Dec 19 at Gadiraju Palace

The real estate landscape of Visakhapatnam is set to get a major showcase as the city prepares for a significant industry event. The Visakhapatnam Chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) is gearing up to host its 11th edition of the Property Expo. This key event will unfold at the Gadiraju Palace and Convention Centre on Beach Road, running for three days from December 19 to December 21.

A Comprehensive Platform for Buyers and Industry Stakeholders

This expo is designed to be a one-stop destination for everyone involved in the property market. It aims to bridge the gap between homebuyers, developers, and financial institutions under one roof. A notable feature of the event is the participation of banks and financial institutions, which will be offering on-the-spot approvals for home loans, simplifying the purchasing process for potential buyers.

The scale of the exhibition is substantial, with a total of 71 stalls spread across various categories. Beyond commercial real estate, the event also highlights corporate social responsibility. Stalls have been allocated to several notable institutions, including the architecture department of Andhra University, ISKCON, Apollo hospitals, and GITAM University.

Visakhapatnam's Real Estate Boom: Drivers and Demand

The timing of the expo aligns with a period of robust growth for Visakhapatnam's property market. V. Dharmender, Chairman of CREDAI Visakhapatnam, emphasized that the market is entering a strong growth phase. He attributed this momentum to large-scale investments and significant improvements in the city's infrastructure.

Dharmender highlighted the chapter's stature, noting that CREDAI Visakhapatnam is the ninth largest in the country and the largest in Andhra Pradesh. He pointed to several mega-projects that are fueling the region's economic and real estate ecosystem. These include the establishment of the Google Data Centre, investments by IT giants like TCS and Cognizant, the proposed ArcelorMittal steel plant in Anakapalli, and the GMR–MANSAS Aviation EduCity.

"These developments have resulted in steady demand for housing and commercial spaces," Dharmender stated. He observed a pivotal shift in North Andhra's demographic trend, where the region is now attracting skilled professionals instead of witnessing outward migration, thanks to continued industrial and corporate investments.

Political Stability and Urbanization Fueling Growth

Echoing this positive outlook, E. Ashok Kumar, President of CREDAI Visakhapatnam, added that development activity has accelerated across various sectors since the new coalition government took office. This political stability is seen as a catalyst for growth.

With rapid urbanization shaping Visakhapatnam's future, the Property Expo serves a critical purpose. It provides a curated platform for buyers to assess multiple projects, compare offerings, and make informed decisions. For price-conscious customers, it offers the convenience of exploring verified and credible options at a single venue, ensuring transparency and trust in the purchasing journey.

The 11th CREDAI Property Expo is therefore more than just a property show; it is a reflection of Visakhapatnam's ascending trajectory as a prime real estate and investment destination in Andhra Pradesh and India.
