CREDAI Surat Property Show 2026: 250 Projects, 1.5 Lakh Visitors Expected
Surat Property Show 2026: Jan 9-11 at Vanita Vishram Ground

The real estate landscape of Surat is set to dazzle prospective buyers and investors as the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), Surat chapter, gears up to host its much-anticipated annual property exhibition. The grand event is scheduled to take place from January 9 to January 11, 2026, at the prominent Vanita Vishram Ground.

GLAM Surat: A Showcase of Growth and Modernity

Organized under the vibrant theme 'GLAM Surat', the three-day extravaganza promises to highlight the city's dynamic growth, luxury offerings, modern amenities, and contemporary living standards. The theme encapsulates the evolving spirit of Surat's real estate sector, aiming to present a comprehensive view of its future trajectory.

In a joint statement, CREDAI Surat Chairman Sanjay Mangukiya and President Jignesh Patel revealed that the show will feature an impressive array of approximately 250 projects presented by 55 developers from across the diamond city. The exhibition will cover a wide spectrum of property segments, including residential, commercial, industrial, logistics, and plotting projects.

Innovative Features and High-Profile Inauguration

This year, the organizers are implementing a QR code-based registration system for the first time. This innovative step is designed to gather valuable insights into visitor preferences, helping understand the specific types of properties and amenities in demand. The leadership expects a footfall of around 1.5 lakh visitors over the three days, building on the event's growing popularity.

The property show will be inaugurated with considerable fanfare by distinguished dignitaries. Union Minister CR Patil and Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat, Harsh Sanghvi, will grace the opening ceremony. They will be joined by other key officials including Surat Police Commissioner Anupam Singh Gahlaut, SMC Commissioner Shalini Agarwal, and Collector Saurabh Pardhi.

Wide Participation and Conversion Success

Homebuyers will have the opportunity to explore projects from numerous emerging and established localities across Surat. Areas such as Vesu, Althan, Adajan, Pal, Dindoli, Kharvasa, and Katargam will be prominently represented. Beyond the developer stalls, the event will also host 12 stalls dedicated to allied real estate services, featuring participation from banking institutions and other essential service providers.

Highlighting the event's effectiveness, the CREDAI officials noted that historically, about 25% of the total leads generated during the show are successfully converted into sales. They emphasized that the exhibition has transcended its commercial purpose to become a celebratory festival for families and individuals embarking on the journey to acquire their dream home.

With its strategic focus on showcasing the city's real estate prowess and facilitating direct engagement between developers and the community, the CREDAI Surat Property Show 2026 is poised to be a landmark event, fueling the next phase of urban development in one of Gujarat's most vibrant cities.
