Noida Authority Unveils Extensive Plot Schemes Across Key Sectors
The Noida Authority has officially launched a comprehensive series of plot schemes spanning multiple categories, including corporate, commercial, hotel, group housing, and religious uses. Applications for these schemes opened on Thursday and will be accepted until February 26, marking a significant opportunity for developers and investors in the region.
Allotment Process and Key Details
With the exception of plots designated for religious purposes, all allotments will be conducted through an e-auction process. This digital approach aims to ensure transparency and efficiency in the distribution of these valuable land parcels.
Corporate Offices Category
In the corporate offices category, a total of 10 plots have been offered in Sector 152. Among these, nine plots each measure 1,000 square meters, while one larger plot spans 4,002.6 square meters. The reserve prices for these corporate plots range from approximately Rs 1 crore to Rs 4.4 crore, catering to businesses of varying scales.
Religious Plots
For religious use, two plots have been earmarked in Sectors 15A and 93B, measuring 302 square meters and 600 square meters, respectively. These sites are specifically intended for temple construction and will be allotted through an interview process rather than auction. The reserve prices for these religious plots are about Rs 2.7 crore and Rs 4.1 crore.
Commercial Builder Projects
The commercial builder projects category features plots with a floor area ratio (FAR) of four. Five large plots have been listed in Sectors 96, 98, 62, and 108, with sizes ranging from approximately 24,000 square meters to 50,000 square meters. These plots will be auctioned online and carry reserve prices ranging roughly from Rs 400 crore to Rs 800 crore, targeting major development initiatives.
Additionally, six smaller commercial plots with FAR 2 are available in Sectors 61, 142, 132, 135, and 126. These plots range from 5,000 square meters to 22,000 square meters, with reserve prices from about Rs 76 crore to Rs 270 crore, offering more accessible options for commercial ventures.
Hotel Plot Scheme
In the hotel plot scheme, six plots have been made available in Sectors 93B, 105, 135, and 142. These plots range in size from 2,000 square meters to 24,000 square meters and are up for sale with reserve prices spanning from Rs 36 crore to Rs 340 crore. This initiative aims to boost the hospitality infrastructure in Noida.
Group Housing Plots
Furthermore, two group housing plots have been offered in Sector 151, adding to the diversity of this launch. These plots are expected to support residential development projects in the area.
