Nila Spaces Partners IKEA for Ready-to-Move Homes in Ahmedabad
Nila Spaces-IKEA Tie-Up for Ready Homes in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad: Nila Spaces Ltd has partnered with IKEA to provide IKEA-designed and furnished, ready-to-move-in homes at Vida, its residential project in Ahmedabad's GIFT City corridor. This collaboration aims to reduce the time and coordination typically required for setting up a new home.

Show Flats and Furnishing Packages

Under this initiative, IKEA has designed show flats in studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom configurations, showcasing functional layouts and furnishing options. Homebuyers at Vida can select an IKEA-planned and furnished package at the point of purchase, integrating interior planning, furniture solutions, and setup support into a single, cohesive option.

Industry Leaders Speak

Deep Vadodaria, Managing Director and CEO of Nila Spaces, stated, “Homebuyers are increasingly looking for homes that are ready to move into and easy to live in from the start.” He emphasized that the partnership addresses “a fragmented and time-consuming process” of furnishing after possession.

Manisha Prabhu, Country Business Manager of IKEA India, remarked, “We start with real life at home—how people cook, rest, work, and grow into their spaces over time.” She highlighted the need for solutions that are “practical from day one, yet flexible and lasting for years ahead.”

Long-Term Design Support

Residents will also have access to IKEA's design expertise beyond move-in, enabling homes to be adapted over time as needs change. This ensures that the living spaces can evolve with the residents.
