The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is poised to kickstart the construction of three high-end luxury housing projects in the city, with officials confirming that work orders will be issued within the next month. Collectively, these three ambitious projects will offer approximately 1,060 premium flats, catering to a wide range of homebuyers with prices spanning from around Rs 70 lakh to an impressive Rs 2.80 crore. While one project has already completed its allotment process through a lottery system, registration remains open for the other two schemes, providing opportunities for prospective residents.
Detailed Breakdown of Each Housing Project
Aishbagh Project on Mill Road: This development will feature a towering 27-storey structure housing 384 spacious 3BHK flats, each equipped with a dedicated study room. With a built-up area of approximately 1,900 square feet per unit, these flats are priced at about Rs 1.11 crore each. Interested buyers have until April 15 to complete their registration for this premium offering.
Narmada Apartment in Gomti Nagar Extension: A 29-storey luxury tower will rise here, comprising 312 elegant 3BHK flats and 12 exclusive penthouses. The flat sizes in this project range from 2,100 to 4,000 square feet, with corresponding prices between Rs 1.40 crore and Rs 2.80 crore. The allotment lottery for this scheme was successfully conducted in March, finalizing the initial phase of resident selection.
Park View Apartment in Basant Kunj: Located near the prominent Rashtra Prerna Sthal, this 20-storey building will offer 364 well-appointed 3BHK flats, each including a servant room for added convenience. Prices for these units are expected to fall between Rs 75 lakh and Rs 95 lakh, making it a relatively more accessible luxury option. Registration for this project remains open until April 6.
Additional Development: Lake View Project in Viraj Khand
Beyond these three immediate projects, the LDA is also advancing plans for a fourth luxury housing scheme called Lake View in Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar. This development proposes approximately 300 flats, with the detailed project report currently in its final stages of preparation. Construction for Lake View is anticipated to commence within the next six months, further expanding Lucknow's premium residential landscape.
