LDA Anantnagar Scheme: 637 Plots Registration from Dec 20

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has announced the launch of a major online registration drive for its ambitious Anantnagar housing project. Aspiring homeowners in the state capital can apply for a total of 637 residential plots, with the application window set to open on December 20 and remain active until January 12.

Key Details of the Anantnagar Plot Scheme

According to official orders issued by LDA Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar, the entire application process will be conducted digitally. Interested applicants must visit the official LDA registration portal when it goes live. To initiate their application, they will need to purchase the scheme's registration brochure online. The final allotment of these highly sought-after plots will be done through a transparent lottery system.

The plots available in this phase come in a variety of sizes to cater to different needs and budgets. The sizes range from a compact 112.5 square metres to a more spacious 450 square metres. This phase specifically includes 617 plots in Akash Khand and 20 plots in Adarsh Khand.

Features and Scale of the Anantnagar Project

The Anantnagar housing scheme is a massive urban development project spread across a vast area of 785 acres along Mohan Road. Once fully developed, it is planned to become a thriving township accommodating nearly 1.5 lakh residents. The project is designed on a modern grid pattern, featuring wide roads for better connectivity and reduced congestion.

Emphasising sustainability and quality living, the LDA is incorporating several premium amenities. A significant highlight is the laying of underground electrical cabling to ensure an uninterrupted and aesthetically pleasing power supply. The blueprint also dedicates approximately 130 acres to parks and green spaces, promoting an environmentally sustainable community. Furthermore, the development includes plans for an Edutech City, aiming to create a knowledge-centric ecosystem within the residential zone.

Past Response and How to Apply

The previous phases of the Anantnagar scheme have witnessed overwhelming public interest. In the first two phases, a total of 666 plots were allotted via lottery, which saw participation from more than 22,000 applicants. This high demand underscores the scheme's popularity and the growing need for organised residential spaces in Lucknow.

Prospective buyers for this third phase are advised to mark their calendars. The registration portal will be activated on December 20, and the last date to submit an application is January 12. With a completely online process, applicants can apply from the comfort of their homes by logging into the LDA's dedicated portal and completing the necessary steps, including the purchase of the registration brochure.
