According to official property registration documents obtained from the Maharashtra Inspector General of Registration website, the transaction was formally registered in November 2025. The apartment is situated within the Pali Vintage residential development in Khar West.

The property features a carpet area of 1,060.13 square feet, which converts to approximately 98.49 square meters. As part of the purchase agreement, Johar also secured two exclusive car parking spaces for his use.

For this luxury acquisition, Johar paid stamp duty amounting to Rs 48 lakh along with additional registration charges of Rs 30,000. These payments were made as part of the standard property registration process in Maharashtra.
