This skywalk doesn't just connect to the tech park. It also provides seamless access to Park Square Mall, a popular destination for employees during lunch breaks and after work hours. The dual connectivity encourages greater use of public transportation while making daily routines more convenient.

CapitaLand and Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited collaborated on this project through an innovative partnership arrangement. CapitaLand assumed full responsibility for construction funding and paid necessary connectivity fees, while BMRCL handled design approvals and regulatory permissions.

Enhanced Safety Features

Employees previously encountered significant risks when crossing the busy service road filled with autorickshaws and parked vehicles. The new infrastructure eliminates these dangers by providing a completely separated pedestrian corridor that operates independently from road traffic.

Commuters report saving at least ten minutes daily on their walking time between the Metro station and workplace. The direct route avoids traffic delays and creates a more predictable, stress-free journey to the office.
