Vipul Organics inks exclusive Europe distribution pact with Omya

NEW DELHI: Specialty chemicals manufacturer Vipul Organics Ltd has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Switzerland's Omya Group, granting the firm sole rights to market Vipul's pigment products across a majority of Europe, the company announced on Thursday.

Agreement Details

Under the terms of the deal, Omya, a privately held minerals conglomerate, will distribute Vipul's SunTone and SunCoat pigment dispersions and powders throughout the European market. This includes the United Kingdom, Norway, and several Balkan nations such as Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, and Moldova. However, the agreement excludes Switzerland and Poland, as specified in a regulatory filing by the BSE-listed company.

Strategic Importance

The partnership is a cornerstone of Vipul Organics' international expansion strategy. Managing Director Vipul P Shah emphasized that the collaboration is expected to be a key driver in enhancing the company's global footprint and accelerating its growth trajectory over the next five years.
