Hero MotoCorp Reports 31% Surge in November Dispatches, Driven by Festive Demand
Hero MotoCorp November Dispatches Jump 31% YoY

India's two-wheeler giant, Hero MotoCorp, kicked off the last month of 2025 with impressive sales figures, reporting a substantial 31% year-on-year growth in total dispatches for November. The company announced on Monday that it dispatched 604,490 units, a significant leap from its performance in the same month last year.

Festive Cheer and Rural Revival Power Growth

According to an official statement from the company, this remarkable growth is primarily attributed to the sustained momentum from the festive season and consistently robust consumer demand. The period saw heightened retail activity and positive sentiment across both urban and rural markets.

The revival in rural ownership and spending played a crucial role, helping the overall two-wheeler sector maintain strong traction. Favorable macroeconomic conditions and benefits from the GST regime further supported this upward trend. The company highlighted that strong dispatch numbers and high VAHAN registrations reflect solid retail sentiment and enduring consumer confidence, amplified by increased footfall at dealerships and focused marketing campaigns.

New Models and Electric Brand VIDA Shine

A key driver behind this success has been the enthusiastic market reception of Hero MotoCorp's recent launches. Popular models like the Xtreme 125R, GlamourX 125, Destini 110, and the Xoom 160 have significantly contributed to the company's sales volume.

The company's foray into electric mobility is also gaining impressive speed. Its electric vehicle brand, VIDA, recorded a stellar 66% year-on-year increase in VAHAN registrations, with 12,199 units registered in November alone. This performance has propelled VIDA's market share to 10.4%, establishing it as one of the fastest-growing EV brands in India. The recent expansion of its lineup with the VX2 Go 3.4 kWh variant has sustained a strong bookings pipeline and high consumer interest in key markets.

Global Exports Accelerate with 70% Jump

Hero MotoCorp's international business is firing on all cylinders. The company exported 33,970 units in November 2025, marking an extraordinary 70% increase compared to November of the previous year. Demand for models such as the Hunk 125R, Hunk 160R, and the Eco Series has been particularly strong in regions like Latin America and Africa.

The company is not only consolidating its market share in these established regions but is also making strategic inroads into European markets with its range of Euro5+ compliant models.

Breaking down the November 2025 numbers, domestic dispatches accounted for 570,520 units, while exports made up the remaining 33,970 units. On a cumulative basis for the fiscal year FY26 so far, Hero MotoCorp has dispatched a total of 4,298,070 units, compared to 4,193,736 units in the same period of FY25. This consistent growth trajectory underscores the company's strategic focus on product innovation, moving into premium segments, and expanding its electric vehicle and international portfolios.
