The announcement came during the inauguration of the nation's first comprehensive Tesla India Motors center located in Gurugram.

Chief Minister Saini detailed the state's proactive measures to reduce business operational costs, highlighting the introduction of a specialized leasing policy for industrial plots and substantial strengthening of local supply chains. Haryana has developed a robust ease of doing business framework, further supported by the Department of Foreign Cooperation to streamline global investment processes.
The state maintains its leadership position in automobile manufacturing across India, contributing significantly to the national economy. Haryana accounts for 3.6% of India's total GDP, with exports demonstrating remarkable growth from approximately Rs 70,000 crore before 2014 to exceeding Rs 2.75 lakh crore currently.
Logistics and Regulatory Reforms
In terms of industrial logistics support, Haryana has achieved second position nationally and ranks first in Northern India. The state government has implemented substantial regulatory reforms by eliminating outdated laws and, through the Public Trust Ordinance of 2025, decriminalized 164 provisions across 42 separate Acts.
