Zaggle Q4 Profit Surges 30%, Revenue Jumps 50%

Hyderabad: Spend management player Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Ltd has posted a 30% jump in profit after tax at nearly Rs 41 crore in the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026, from around Rs 31 crore in the same quarter of financial year 2024-25. This was on a 50% rise in revenues for Q4FY26 at Rs 618 crore from Rs 412 crore in Q4FY25.

Strong Annual Performance

For the financial year 2025-26, the company's PAT soared nearly 52% to around Rs 139 crore from Rs 91 crore in FY25 on a 46% increase in revenues for the fiscal year at Rs 1908 crore, marking the first time revenues crossed the Rs 1900 crore mark, as against Rs 1303 crore in FY25.

Key Drivers of Growth

The company attributed this success to strategic acquisitions and its continued investment in AI and automation technologies, which enhanced operating efficiency and profit margins. The integration of Greenedge Enterprises and Rivpe Technology (rebranded as Zagg.Money) strengthened its consumer fintech ecosystem and expanded monetisation opportunities, it added.

Management Commentary

Zaggle founder and executive chairman Dr Raj P Narayanam said FY26 marks a defining year for the company as it delivered its strongest-ever performance. “Our platform scale, AI-led automation, and expanding ecosystem are translating meaningfully into the P&L. As we enter FY27, Zaggle is well-positioned for sustained growth and profitability,” he added.
