Supreme Power Equipment Limited (SPEL), a prominent Indian manufacturer of power and distribution transformers, has announced the acquisition of new orders aggregating to approximately Rs 113.61 crore. Detailed Breakdown of Order Wins
The orders encompass significant contracts from key state electricity boards. SPEL has received a Rs 35.76 crore order from the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) for the supply of 25 MVA, 110/33 KV power transformers. Execution of this order is anticipated within approximately 14 months.
Additionally, the company has secured orders worth Rs 6.54 crore from the Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Company. This contract involves the supply of 500 KVA / 11 KV distribution transformers, with an expected execution timeline of around 12 months.
Further bolstering its order book, SPEL, through its 90% stake in Danya Electric Company, has been awarded transformer orders valued at Rs 71.31 crore from the Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Company. These orders include the supply of distribution transformers across multiple capacities:
- 250 KVA / 11 KV
- 63 KVA / 22 KV
- 16 KVA / 11 KV
- 100 KVA / 11 KV
Execution for these projects is scheduled to range from 12 to 18 months.
