VinFast has officially launched its innovative 'Value Assured' program in the Indian market, specifically designed for its electric SUV models, the VF6 and VF7. This strategic initiative aims to directly tackle prevalent consumer concerns regarding ownership costs and residual value, providing a structured framework to enhance customer confidence in electric vehicle investments.
Program Details and Customer Benefits
Under the newly introduced scheme, VinFast is committing to an assured resale value of up to 75 per cent, with the exact percentage contingent upon the tenure and specific terms of ownership. The program includes company-backed buyback plans that span a flexible range of two to five years, offering customers a predictable exit strategy.
To further incentivize loyalty, customers who choose to upgrade to another VinFast vehicle will receive an additional 3 per cent loyalty benefit. The process is streamlined with a simplified vehicle evaluation procedure, reducing hassle for owners. In a move to encourage the transition from traditional fuel vehicles, VinFast is also providing exchange support of up to ₹1.30 lakh for buyers switching from petrol or diesel vehicles.

The VinFast VF6 is equipped with a 59.6 kWh battery pack paired with a front-mounted electric motor. Performance varies by trim: the Earth variant delivers 177 hp and 250 Nm, while the higher-spec Wind trim produces 204 hp and 310 Nm. According to company claims, the Earth variant achieves an ARAI-certified range of 468 km, slightly higher than the Wind trim's 463 km. The SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 kph in 8.9 seconds.

At the top end, the Sky and Sky Infinity trims feature the same 70.8 kWh battery but adopt an all-wheel-drive setup, producing an impressive 353 hp and 500 Nm. They are rated to complete the 0 to 100 kph sprint in a brisk 5.8 seconds, support a 28-minute 10 to 70 per cent charge time, and offer an ARAI-certified range of 510 km.
