HP Introduces New DeskJet All-in-One Printer Range in India
HP has unveiled a fresh lineup of DeskJet All-in-One printers specifically designed for the Indian market. The new collection targets students, parents, and work-from-home professionals who require reliable printing solutions without excessive costs. This initiative addresses the growing demand for accessible and efficient home printing technology across the country.
Comprehensive Range with Advanced Features
The printer series includes four distinct models spanning the DeskJet, DeskJet Ink Advantage, and DeskJet Ultra Ink Advantage categories. Pricing for these devices begins at an affordable Rs 6,999, making them accessible to a broad consumer base. Each model is equipped with essential multifunction capabilities, offering print, scan, and copy functionalities directly out of the box.
Connectivity is a key highlight of this new range. All printers feature dual-band Wi-Fi with self-healing technology that automatically reconnects if the signal drops, ensuring uninterrupted operation. Additionally, they support multi-device printing through Bluetooth and the dedicated HP App, allowing users to print seamlessly from various devices.
Enhanced Performance and Productivity
Print speeds across most models reach up to 7.5 pages per minute for black and white documents and 5.5 pages per minute for color printing. The DeskJet Ink Advantage 4388 model elevates this performance further, achieving 8.5 pages per minute for black and white output. This particular model also includes an automatic document feeder, a valuable feature for handling multiple pages efficiently, all at a price point of Rs 7,999.
Designed for Modern Indian Households
Satish Kumar, Senior Director of the India Market–Print Category at HP Inc., emphasized that the new printer range is tailored to the actual usage patterns of Indian households. "As Indian homes evolve, families are increasingly seeking next-generation printing solutions that are compact, Wi-Fi enabled, and easy to use, while blending seamlessly into their daily lives," he stated. Kumar added that the lineup integrates smart printing technology with contemporary design to simplify printing, scanning, and copying tasks for households nationwide.
Vibrant Designs and Sustainable Construction
In a significant departure from traditional printer aesthetics, HP is offering these models in six vibrant color variants. Each printer features a white base combined with accent shades such as Very Peri, Surf Blue, Warm Aroma, Machu Picchu, and Pimento, adding a touch of personality to home and office environments.
Sustainability is another core aspect of this launch. Every printer in the range is constructed with at least 70% post-consumer recycled plastic, reducing environmental impact. Furthermore, all units are fully recyclable through HP's Planet Partners program, supporting the company's commitment to eco-friendly practices.
Added Value with Educational Subscription
Each printer purchase includes a complimentary one-year subscription to the HP Print Learn Center, valued at ₹899. This subscription provides access to a wide array of educational worksheets available through the HP app or website, offering additional utility for students and families.
