Honor of Kings HOK Plus 2.0 Launches in India with Rs 10 Million Rewards and New Hero Devara
HOK Plus 2.0 Update in India: Rs 10 Million Rewards and New Hero

Honor of Kings has rolled out its HOK Plus 2.0 update in India, introducing a Rs 10 million rewards program, a new India-inspired hero named Devara, expanded creator initiatives, and several gameplay enhancements. The update also includes new e-Sports and community-focused programs as the company continues to expand its presence in the country's mobile gaming market.

Rs 10 Million Rewards Program and Community Events

The Rs 10 million rewards initiative covers multiple activities, including gameplay, content creation, campus programs, and community participation. Players can take part in in-game events, creator activities, and offline engagements to earn rewards. As part of the update, Honor of Kings has launched the Play to Earn: ₹10 Million Giveaway campaign. Players can participate in the in-game Treasure Hunt event for a chance to win rewards, including smartphones and Amazon gift cards. The game is also introducing new participation systems through its Consignment Shop ecosystem, allowing players to earn rewards through gameplay, collect exchange tokens, and redeem eligible items. Additional reward opportunities will be available through creator programs, campus initiatives, and community activities.

Devara: New India-Inspired Hero with Community-Created Hindi Voice Lines

One of the key additions in HOK Plus 2.0 is Devara, a new Clash Lane hero inspired by Indian culture and traditions. The character uses thunder-based abilities and is designed for close-range combat. Honor of Kings said Indian players helped shape the hero through a voice co-creation campaign launched earlier this year. Selected Hindi voice line suggestions submitted by the community have been incorporated into the final version of the character. Voice artist Sanket Mhatre has provided the Hindi voice for Devara. To mark the launch, Honor of Kings will host Devara-themed offline events in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, where players can participate in challenges and community activities.

Creator Programs and Esports Initiatives

The update also expands the HOK Studio creator ecosystem. Honor of Kings has introduced a revised creator incentive policy that includes regional rankings, performance-based rewards, and additional support through its Advanced Creator Program. The company has also announced a collaboration with content creator Live Insaan and plans to launch the HOK India Influencer Team Tournament, which allows players to compete on teams led by gaming influencers. On the esports front, Indian team Revenant XSpark will represent the country at the 2026 Asian Games Esports Qualifiers after securing qualification through the NESC 2026 LAN Grand Finals in Pune.

Gameplay Updates and Quality-of-Life Improvements

Beyond India-focused additions, HOK Plus 2.0 brings new content to the game globally. Arena of Valor characters Annette, Lorion, and Florentino have been added to the roster, while the Super Flow Brawl 2.0 mode introduces new talent paths and match events. The update also includes several quality-of-life improvements, such as reduced download sizes, performance optimizations, improved onboarding for new players, refined controls, and updates to social and lobby features. Honor of Kings will also host Peak Day celebrations on June 27, featuring special in-game activities, reward events, and limited-time content for players.

"The Indian community has played a special role in shaping this update. From contributing Hindi voice lines for Devara to creating content, competing in tournaments, and building local communities, players continue to inspire how Honor of Kings evolves in India. HOK Plus 2.0 celebrates that passion with new ways to play, create, compete, and be rewarded," said Dean Huang, Producer of Honor of Kings.
